Over 12 years of experience in roofing & exterior restoration in the Colorado Springs area. So, we know our industry and the unique challenges homeowners, like you, face with extreme Colorado weather conditions. We dedicate our utmost energy and integrity to every project we take on. And we treat each one like it’s our own home.
Jack Caton – Owner and Team Leader
As you may know I retired from a successful, 30 plus year career in residential real estate here in the Pikes Peak Region at the end of 2010. I found out quickly that I am not retirement material, so after six months I set about finding something new, fun and rewarding to do. Here it is, nearly 10 short years later and I am having more fun than I should be having as Team Leader of the Jack Caton Roofing Company. I look forward to every single day with enthusiasm. Because of our team effort, it will be much easier for us to keep in touch. I am going to be communicating with you regularly to share some interesting stories, ideas and recommendations with you. In the meantime, if you or someone in your world has a need or a question about roofing, we welcome your referral or their call.

Amy Eakin – Client Care Manager
Amy has a great background in roofing and a wonderful attitude about service and communications. Originally from Kansas, Amy moved to Colorado with her husband and two boys 6 years ago. In late 2020, Amy and her family moved back to Kansas to be closer to extended family. She’s a huge animal lover and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her animals. Her favorite pastimes are hiking and fishing with family! Our office phone rings to Amy’s desk, and she’s your point of contact for every step of a project. Questions answered, concerns addressed! Amy handles our social media as well.
Ian Karcher – Senior Project Manager
Ian’s knowledge flows from an extensive background of sales and roofing experience. In fact, he was once a sales associate for our main shingle supplier. And now he’s your Jack Caton Roofing Team Project Manager.
Ian brings a plethora of product knowledge that he obtained in the supply side of the roofing biz. Ian, and his wife, Ashley, are the proud parents of two boys and a girl. And they’re preparing to welcome a new little bundle of joy in August 2024! Most days you can find Ian on roofs or typing up quotes. But every change he gets Ian runs the endless trails enjoying all of what Colorado has to offer.
