Who Needs Roofing Inspections?

Whether you’re selling your home soon or need a professional roofing contractor to inspect your roof for storm damage, Jack Caton Roofing Team has you covered. Even if you don’t see the typical warning signs of roof damage. And those include sagging ceilings, leaks, or loose shingles falling into your yard. We recommend you schedule a roof inspection after major storms to assess any wind or hail damage. Because we can address any minor issues so you don’t deal with bigger, more expensive headaches.

We experience plenty of extreme weather here in the Pikes Peak region. So we always recommend roofing inspections before your house goes to market. The home inspector’s report might reveal roof deterioration from heavy rain, snow, hail, or wind in recent years. And that could really hurt your home’s value and salability! The Jack Caton Roofing Team will thoroughly inspect your roof for any damage or deterioration. And we’ll fix those issues to help you get maximum value from your home sale.

Roofing Inspection First Steps

When you’re ready to request a roof inspection, call or email the Jack Caton Roofing Team, or use one of the contact forms on our website. We’ll reach out to you soon for relevant details. Because we’ll need to confirm the inspection date, and who will complete the inspection, so you’ll know the details, too.

Our Roofing Contractor Inspection Report

As your trusted roofing contractor, we’ll perform a complete inspection of your roof and other parts of your property as requested. When we complete the inspection, we’ll provide you with a full written report detailing the condition of your roof and other applicable parts of your property. AND we’ll include photos to show the damage we found. Even if we don’t discover any damage, we’ll issue a report and include photos to support our findings.

When Will I Receive My Inspection Report?

In some instances, we will send the report within minutes of completing the inspection. In other cases, it may be a few hours before the information is available. The most urgent cases are when your property is under contract or pending closing. If your roof needs replacing and we believe there is sufficient damage to warrant initiating a claim, we may call you or your agent immediately. That way, you can contact the insurance company claims department right away, and they can make arrangements for their adjuster to inspect the roof and other parts of the property. Even if we call you with the inspection results, we will still send you a full report with all our photos.
